Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of PingMyBin. PingMyBin is owned by Jason Gutsell and Sophie Nicole Casey, and operated by jasoph.com trading as Sophie Nicole Casey LLC ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service

PingMyBin provides household bin-day reminder services. Collection schedules may change by council and are provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account details and keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Current price: 99p per month unless otherwise shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and policies.

4. Referral Rewards

• 1 successful referral = 1 free month credit.
• Credits are applied to future subscription charges and are not cash.
• Self-referrals, refunded, cancelled, duplicate, or abusive referrals may be disqualified.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access to any accounts or systems.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingMyBin is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed collections or reliance on third-party schedule data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious misuse or legal compliance reasons.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
